Our non-certified community courses are designed for the community member interested in learning about important health and safety topics. These information packed courses include topics such as basic CPR, first aid for children, asthma, healthy living, diabetes, heart disease, breastfeeding, baby care, emergency preparedness, and more.

CPR / AED (3 hrs)

This is a combined adult, child, and infant CPR and AED program designed specifically for persons who are occupationally required or just desire to have CPR and AED knowledge and skills.The program is based upon the 2010 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.

 

First-Aid / CPR / AED (7 hrs)

This is a combined adult CPR, AED, and first aid training program designed specifically for the first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help the student to become comfortable and confident with this newly learned skill-set. The program is based upon the 2010 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.

 

New / Expecting Parent CPR (2 hrs)

This non-certificed course is designed for new and/or expecting parents, friends, and family to learn the life-saving skills of CPR and Choking relief. This course deals specifically with children and infant emergencies and aims to settle the fears of having a new little one in the family. Spend 2 hrs with an off-duty Paramedic and fellow Parent who will teach you this invaluable skill-set and answer another questions you may have.
